This initiative connected thousands of rural households through a phased fiber rollout. SCS provided end-to-end mapping, route design, and permitting documentation to accelerate grant-funded construction.

Sparse existing infrastructure, long aerial spans, and varied terrain made traditional design approaches slow. Accurate mapping was critical to secure funding milestones and coordinate multiple construction crews.

We built a county-scale GIS foundation with parcel-aware routing, pole attachment workflows, and construction packets tailored for rural OSP builds. Permit-ready exhibits were delivered per phase.

Construction teams deployed on schedule across three counties, with GIS deliverables that reduced field rework and supported successful grant reporting.
